Challenge
BCCWA needed a new website to tell its story. After discussing the project with Purple, we were engaged by BCCWA to gather insights to inform the website’s design and structure.
Our team were briefed to uncover perceptions of the current website from a wide variety of stakeholders, ranging from current clients to corporate partners and staff, who were identified as the organisation’s biggest advocates. The Purple team ensured that the data itself could be translated into a website design that was both aesthetically pleasing and in alignment with current brand guidelines, and was also functional, future proof, and communicated BCCWA’s mission in a non-complex way.
During the research period, Purple identified that across the wide range of stakeholders interviewed and surveyed, a cohort didn’t want to appear as negative towards an organisation they valued – a form of bias that was taken into consideration when analysing the raw data.
