Why organisations come to us for AI training
Organisations come to Purple when they recognise that generative AI is changing how their teams work – and want to move forward with confidence rather than caution. Many teams are already experimenting with AI tools informally, without the governance frameworks, practical skills or strategic understanding needed to maximise the benefits and manage the risks.
Leaders want their people to be informed, not overwhelmed. They want to build meaningful capability that improves productivity, supports better outputs and reduces the risk of misuse – tailored to the real work their teams actually do.
How we support
We offer two levels of AI training, from an accessible introduction through to hands-on, team-specific capability building.
- Introduction to AI is a 90-minute session helping teams understand the opportunities and risks of generative AI. Participants explore practical use cases, workflow integration and governance considerations, leaving better equipped to use AI responsibly and productively in their daily work.
- In-Depth, Team-Specific AI Training is a 3.5-hour workshop providing tailored, hands-on guidance based on your team’s day-to-day work. Participants explore relevant tools, develop effective prompting techniques and practise applying AI to real scenarios – building immediate, practical capability that can be applied from day one.
What makes Purple different?
