Our people
Our people are our greatest asset and we know it.
That’s why we invest in our team, support their development, and create an environment where they can do their best work and be their whole selves. We genuinely care about one another, celebrating the wins together and supporting each other through challenges. We expect our people to bring their skill, flair and creativity to every situation – because when one person thrives, we all do.
Why Purple
Leave provisions
We believe our people do their best work when they can balance life and work. That’s why we offer a range of additional leave options to support our team at every stage of life. This includes 16 weeks of paid parental leave, up to one week of additional loyalty leave, birthday leave, community service leave and the option to purchase additional annual leave.
Trust and flexibility
Our team are experts in their fields and are passionate about delivering on what they promise. In return, we trust them with genuine flexibility in how they work. Our people have the ability to set their own start and finish times, work from home two days per week, and are equipped with the tools they need to work effectively from anywhere.
Exposure and opportunity
At Purple, everyone works side by side, from emerging talent through to our CEO. Our open-plan environment encourages collaboration, connection and the sharing of ideas, giving every team member the opportunity to learn, contribute and be heard. We support this with a transparent performance and reward framework, dedicated individual learning budgets, and a strong focus on career progression for all our people.
