Experts on site and on hand when you need them.
It’s busy. The work is piling up and you don’t have the arms and legs to progress everything you need to get done. We get it – and that’s why we offer a specialist secondment service for organisations as they manage their internal resources. Purple offers clients in-house support options and secondments, that are designed to give you the same expert support we provide our project and retainer clients, but as an integrated part of your team.
Whether you need someone for one day a week or five, to cover a brief busy period or support a long-term project, we have the flexibility to bolster your internal capacity. Depending on the job, we can provide you Consultants, Associate Directors and Director-level team members, so you can access resources with the seniority suited to your unique needs.
Purple takes a flexible approach to pricing. Most of our work is priced on value, matching our proposals to your scope. For in-house roles and secondments, though, we find day rates or weekly rates allow us to provide support for intensive projects where the scope might not be clear. We work with you to identify the number of days you might need a resource, and the seniority required, and present transparent pricing that represents value for money. Best of all, if you need additional expertise or add-on services, you can draw on the broader talent available across our team.
We are proud of the role we play in supporting some of Western Australia’s most exciting and ambitious projects — and would love to help you with your plans as well. If you have a specific project with a defined scope, we can develop a tailored resourcing plan that allows you to access a mixture of in-house and external support. If the outcome is known but the scope is unclear, a strategic workshop can help clarify what is required and help you develop a resourcing plan for implementation. Flexibility and scalability
As a leading communications agency, we offer you the flexibility and scalability of a resourcing pool which can easily be accessed at any time. Whatever unexpected challenges, or planned projects come your way, our team will be ready to step in and pick-up whatever is required to help support you.
Right now, the labour market is as tight as it has ever been — but the economy continues to grow. This puts pressure on employers to retain personnel and find the right talent even as the work piles up. Purple can buy you some breathing space, with a flexible, scalable resource pool you can use to supplement your team and keep things moving along while you recruit or restructure your resources.
Client relationships are at the heart of our business, underpinned by our values of excellence, owning the challenge and solution and being greater together. It means our people integrate well into your teams, bring the professionalism, work ethic and expertise you need to deliver on your goals. We are also quick learners, getting quickly up to speed with any systems, processes and platforms you use, or recommending ways that we can expedite the challenge ahead. We have previously provided in-house support to a range of clients, including Georgiou, Murdoch University, Silver Chain, Edith Cowan University, Reconciliation WA, Kinetic IT, University of Notre Dame and Shell. Our staff start adding value from day one, giving you the confidence you can scale up for the goals you want to achieve.
Purple is a full-service communications and marketing agency, and we’re great problem solvers. Find out how we can help your voice be heard.
