Strategies for building real relationships
Whether it’s time to refresh your approach to community relations, or you require a stakeholder engagement strategy for a new project, we have the expertise to create a strategy suitable for your needs and budget.
We believe in listening first. To ensure we deliver a comprehensive engagement plan which will achieve your goals, we always start a new engagement with a strategy and success workshop in order to further unpack the nuances of the challenges and opportunities associated with your project.
Workshops take a deep dive into your unique community engagement content, including stakeholder identification, contentious issues, negotiables and long-term objectives. Setting the scene for your project allows us to develop a stakeholder strategy and 12-month calendar of activities which will give you the tools to implement and effective program of engagement.
All our strategy workshops and plans are informed by an extensive desktop review which we undertake prior to meeting with you. This process includes stakeholder identification, and local government research, as well as research into previous relevant issues which may impact on your engagement.
The power of a strong engagement and stakeholder strategy is the ability to build real relationships with your community that will stand the test of time, throughout the project life cycle.
Purple is a full-service communications and marketing agency, and we’re great problem solvers. Find out how we can help your voice be heard.
