Our People and Culture Manager, Vicky, has more than 20 years’ experience in human resources management and leadership development. She has diverse industry experience having worked for large multinationals in the UK, France and Switzerland, before coming to Australia in 2006. Vicky spent 15 years working in healthcare in Perth in both the private and not for profit sectors, prior to joining Purple.
Vicky uses a combination of collaboration and coaching skills to help others harness their potential to grow.
When Vicky is not at work, she can usually be found playing with her young son, reading, painting or walking the dog.
